What happens after I fill out the inquiry form?

How does payment work?
Once we agree on the scope and price of your project, payment will be arranged before work begins. Flexible payment options may be available at checkout for approved projects.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% must be received before final work will be published or released.
Can I pay manually?
Yes. Manual payment options may be available if needed. Please note that if payment is made by check, the check must fully clear and be deposited before work begins and before final work is released.
When does work begin?
Work begins after the project details have been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
When will my project be finished?
Project timelines can vary depending on the type of work, the scope of the project, and how quickly needed information or feedback is provided. A timeline will be discussed once project details are confirmed.
Will I be able to request edits?
Yes. Reasonable edits are a normal part of the process. The exact number and type of edits may depend on the project scope.
Will my website or project be released before final payment?
No. Final work will not be published or released until the remaining balance has been received.
Do you only offer website design?
No. While website design is one part of what I offer, I also provide behind-the-scenes support that can help small business owners create more organized and manageable systems.
How will we communicate during the project?
Most communication will take place by email unless another method is agreed on for the project.
